Strict and well-defined translation and quality assurance processes ensure the integrity of our translations.
How do we ensure the quality of your documents?
All work is carried out in accordance with the European standard for translation DIN EN 15038. Before a translation is delivered, it is reviewed one last time by a second linguist to filter out any overlooked errors.
We draw on a suite of tools to ensure consistent style and terminology and flawless data, allowing us to even identify and correct any inconsistencies or errors that may remain in the source text. One of the tools that we rely on is the translation memory. Each time a sentence is translated, it is stored in a translation memory database. If the same (or a similar) sentence re-occurs multiple times in one text, the translation memory suggests the existing translation. The same is true, for example, for series of texts that feature highly-repetitive content. Style and terminology remain flawlessly consistent.
We put all documents through an automated quality control process before delivering the finished product. This final analysis verifies that pure data such as dates and numbers were carried over correctly and that all technical terms conform to the established and binding list of terminology.
- We always maintain an open line of communication during the translation process, allowing any questions to be cleared up immediately and providing you with a unique solution tailored and tweaked to meet your specific needs.
